These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Vihaan International website and any orders placed through our platform. By accessing our website or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these terms. Vihaan International is a premium corporate and hospitality uniform manufacturer based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.
2. Products & Services
Vihaan International provides custom uniform manufacturing services including corporate uniforms, hospitality wear, private label manufacturing, and export production. All product images on this website are representative. Actual garments may vary based on fabric selection, customization, and printing or embroidery specifications discussed during order placement.
3. Ordering & Quotations
All orders begin with a formal quotation. Quotations are valid for 15 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Orders are confirmed only upon written acceptance by both parties and receipt of advance payment as per the agreed terms. Minimum order quantities (MOQ) apply and vary by product category.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) or US Dollars (USD) for export orders. All prices are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Standard payment terms are 50% advance with order confirmation and 50% prior to dispatch. Pricing includes standard packaging; custom or branded packaging may incur additional charges.
5. Production & Delivery
Standard production timelines are 15-25 business days from order confirmation and sample approval. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors including order volume, customization complexity, and fabric sourcing. Vihaan International will communicate any expected delays in advance.
6. Quality Assurance
All garments pass through our multi-stage quality control process with 5+ checkpoints. Sample approval is mandatory before bulk production. Any quality concerns must be reported within 7 business days of delivery with photographic evidence for evaluation.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website - including text, images, logos, and design elements - is the property of Vihaan International. Client logos, brand elements, and design specifications shared for production purposes remain the intellectual property of the respective client and are used solely for manufacturing purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability
Vihaan International's liability for any order shall not exceed the value of that specific order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Force majeure events including natural disasters, pandemics, and government regulations may affect production and delivery timelines.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.
